Hey Seattle, things are looking up around here. In case you didn’t know, several counties in Washington have entered phase 2 of reopening. And we’re pretty antsy to do the same. If you’re interested in what it entails, keep reading.

So far we’ve seen more access granted to the outdoors. But phase 2 gives us more access to the indoors. So you can expect to see restaurants, salons, and more reopening. But that being said, things are going to look different.

Businesses will have to operate at 50% capacity. And of course, everyone will have to remain 6 feet apart. Not to mention, the state is recommending that you wear protective measures like masks and gloves. But if you hated sitting close to other people at restaurants, your life is about to get a whole lot better.

And it’s hard to say exactly when King county will be entering phase 2. It could be as soon as June 1st. But honestly, we think it will probably be closer to July. And if you’d like to learn more about what phase 2 entails, we recommend clicking here.

With all this in mind, remember to continue to social distance and be responsible when out and about. Because the better we are at following the rules, the less time we’ll all have to stay inside.

Have a great week Seattle!
