Despite having an impressive food scene, The Emerald City is about to see the launch of a brand-new eatery in the heart of Fremont.

Offering a selection of handmade pasta, fresh local vegetables, seafood and a variety of protein dishes, Haerfest Seattle is the latest project brought to life by Brian Clevenger, an Executive Chef and Restaurateur who is no stranger to the culinary scene.

With several restaurants including Vendemmia, Raccolto and Haymaker under his belt, Clevenger knows a thing or two about running a successful spot and Haerfest will be no exception.

“We’re excited to be opening our 6th General Haerfest location in Fremont. We’re big fans of the neighborhood and have had a goal to serve that community for a while now,” he said.

“This restaurant will be most comparable to our first – Vendemmia – in terms of style and overall menu.”

In addition, the 49-seat Haerfest will also have a patio and feature an extensive drink menu that highlights spirits from local distilleries, a number of domestic beers and wines from Italy, France, and the Pacific Northwest.

If of course, you can’t make it – they will also offer delivery through their online ordering portal.

Happy eating and maybe we’ll see you out there!
