Black Raven Brewing has opened a massive new taproom
Out in Redmond, Black Raven Brewing has grown and grown to the point where they couldn’t grow anymore. Well, grow in that space, that is. So, rather than knock down the walls of their Redroom facility/taproom and build into the parking lot (an idea we’re glad no one actually had), they’ve opened up a new spot. Where can you snag even more Black Raven deliciousness? Well, as of June 28th, you can find it in Woodinville. Let’s take a look!
The Beginning of Black Raven
Since its formation 10 years ago, Black Raven has become a very solid success story. Beginning with only one beer on tap at their original location, they seemed to be heading upstream without a
bottle paddle. That being said, the Black Raven crew aren’t quitters! Instead of keeping quiet and fading away, they impressed beer lovers all over with delightful seasonal releases and mainstay brews alike.
Fast forward to now, and Black Raven has opened up shop in a 45,000 square foot spot in Woodinville. Not bad for a little crew, is it? Along with the large brewing facilities, they’ve put together a lovely gathering spot for folks to enjoy their creations.
This new taproom will feature a large main room that seats right around 100 people. Also, kids are welcome! Fortunately, the kids aren’t welcome to sample the beers, but young families can definitely appreciate having a cool new spot to hit up and hang out.
As for the kitchen, well, there isn’t one. Any and all food service will rely on food trucks outside the spot which isn’t a bad idea. After all, you don’t want to cloud any of that Black Raven goodness with food.
So, Greater Seattle has a familiar face with a new addition. We’ll see you there!
