The Seattle Art Museum is officially reopening next week!
In some good news, you’ll soon be able to see art at the Seattle Art Museum. But as you might have guessed, things will look a little different. So if you’ve been dying to see some art be sure to mark September 11th in your calendar.
SAM is reopening on September 4th for members and September 11th for the general public. But with this in mind, they are implementing procedures to ensure the space is safe for everyone. And we’re sure it’s all things you’ve come to expect at this point.

Firstly, SAM is utilizing timed tickets and limiting the building capacity. And on top of this, they’re also requiring masks and physical distancing. Not to mention, they’ve decided to close coat check so be sure to bring bags under 11” x 15”.
