Uber-popular donut shop The Flour Box announced a permanent location

Seattle, are you looking to fix a pastry craving? Trick question, when are you not? Boy, have we got the spot for you! You may have heard of the extremely popular pop-up (pop pop, pop) pastry service known as The Flour Box. Well good news, they’re finally opening a permanent spot in Hillman City!

You also may have never heard of the Flour Box, which is totally okay because you’ll definitely be wanting to pay them a visit after you read this. Unless you don’t like donuts, in which case we’re surprised you’re even reading this.

Owner and self-taught baker Pamela Vuong is known mainly for her delicious brioche doughnuts, but she also makes beautiful cakes and other tasty pastries. Her flavors are Asian-influenced and are inspired by her childhood, travels, and favorite memories.

The permanent location of The Flour Box will also be seeing new additions of fried-to-order beignets, pavlova, sweet and savory toasts on in house brioche, and a whole lot more. There will also be a full menu of espresso drinks with coffee beans from local roaster Anchorhead Coffee. It is Seattle after all, you can’t open a food spot without coffee!

There is no set date for the opening of The Flour Box, but it’s looking like we can expect to see doors opening sometime this spring. We’ll let you know when a date is announced, you donut want to miss it! Sorry, we had to.
