Washington might as well be a world class destination when it comes to the outdoors. After all, we’re considered one of the best places to camp in the nation, have amazing camping spots and also resorts. In fact, one Washington resort just made the list of Most Luxurious Mountain Resorts In The World.

The recognition comes from CEOWorld Magazine who just released a new list of their seven favorite mountain resorts in the world.

The Salish Lodge is one of Washington’s most iconic resorts for a few reasons. Firstly, it sits atop Snoqualmie Falls and also happens act as the exterior for The Great Northern Hotel in David Lynch’s Twin Peaks. While you won’t find Benjamin Horne wandering the halls these days, you will find a resort with many amenities both indoors and out.
