It’s only been open a couple of years, but Mello has become a must-visit spot for anyone with a sweet tooth in Vancouver. So, hearing about a second location coming to the city is truly music to our ears!
Specializing in brioche (and mostly filled) donuts, Mello first opened up shop in Chinatown back in 2019. Thanks to their unique flavours and top notch quality, the outpost quickly become a citywide favourite, often selling out of their most popular varieties.

So even from an access standpoint, we think this is a great idea. In a social media post yesterday, Mello announced that their new location will be in Kerrisdale, taking over a former Starbucks in the neighbourhood. Hey, we’ll take a swap like that any day of the week.
As for the timeframe, the new location should be open by this summer. You know what that means? We’ll be watching things like a hawk to make sure you know the exact date! Stay tuned, fellow sweet treat lovers!
