The Gala: This is a satisfying, citrusy, bubbly delight that makes for a fresh, light and easy drink. Just what you need to elevate your brunch sesh with.
1 ¾ oz. Courvoisier® VS
4-5 parts sweetened citrus soda
A slice of fresh citrus
Build all ingredients over ice in a Highball glass and stir. Garnish with a slice of citrus and serve.
The French Twist: This is a refreshing, citrusy libation with strong hints of floral and a rich and complex flavour profile.
1 ¾ oz Courvoisier VSOP
½ oz. orange curacao or triple sec
¾ oz. simple syrup

Spiked coffee and brunch are as inseparable as chocolate chips and cookies. And you can give your cuppa joe a fun French twist by adding 30 ml of Courvoisier Cognac into 150 ml of black coffee and some sugar. Top this with whipped cream, sprinkles and grated chocolate and your fancy coffee is ready to serve.
What better way to level up your brunch game than to spike the most iconic brunch recipe, pancakes and syrup? Yes please! You can make Cognac syrup from scratch by boiling 1 part sugar, 2 parts Cognac and fresh orange zest in 1 cup of water. Or you can use regular syrup and mix it with some Courvoisier and voila!
Another way to bring on your libation A-game is to liquor up your desserts. You can go as fancy as you want or as classic as you like with your desserts. From cake to brownie to Ischler Törtchen and crème brûlée, whatever be your dessert choice, Courvoisier’s going to work its magic. One google search will give you tons and tons of Cognac dessert recipes.
This might just be an accompaniment but as any foodie will tell you, a dipping sauce can truly make or break your dish. And adding Courvoisier can take your dipping sauce to a whole new level. Be it mushroom Cognac sauce for wings and fries or apricot Cognac sauce for cinnamon rolls and chocolates, it makes everything better.
