Canada Post is bringing snail mail back in style. Well, it’s always been in style but now they’re giving Canadians free, pre-paid postcards. The program is called “Write Here Write Now” and we have to say it’s pretty dang cool.

Thanks to the program, 13.5 million postcards will land in people’s boxes. It’s one card per household and there are 6 different designs that you might receive. And basically, the whole point of the program is to get you to write a letter to someone within the country.

So we highly recommend that you write a letter to a friend or loved one in the country if you find one of these letters in your mailbox. After all, receiving mail is always nice if you ask us and it’s a great way to stay in touch with friends. Who knows, maybe this will inspire you to start writing more letters – it can’t hurt, right?
