Afternoon tea lovers, take note! Fairmont Hotel Vancouver has announced its newest themed dining experience, which will include tempting sweet and savoury treats inspired by the work of Canadian icon Emily Carr. So if you’re looking for a beautiful, whimsical place to treat yourself and your loved ones this summer, you’ve just found it!

Taking place at Notch8, ‘Into The Forest With Emily Carr’ will be a culinary tribute to the legacy of the Canadian artist, who is known for her vivid landscapes and love for the natural world. Visitors can enjoy tasty treats inspired by her artistic creations all spring and summer long, from May 29th to September 2nd. 

There will also be an inspired cocktail menu highlighting some of Carr’s signature art pieces through a selection of libations, also available during tea service and at Notch8.

Pricing & booking

Note that there will be three seating times available per day, at 11 am, 1 pm, and 3 pm respectively.

The afternoon tea service will be available from Thursday through Sunday, and will be priced at $74 per person ($40 for children aged 12 and under).
