New restaurants are coming to Toronto very soon from international names to beloved establishments expanding across Canada. As we eagerly await more development news, here’s a look at all the restaurants coming to Toronto soon.
You may have already heard a few big names being tossed around but there are a handful of new foodie spots opening up that you may not have heard about.

Here’s what you can expect to come to Toronto very soon:
LOCAL Public Eatery has announced its plans to open a third Toronto location in the financial district and we finally have a date. They currently have two locations in the city, one in Liberty Village and the other in Leaside.
“We’re thrilled to be bringing our third Toronto location to the bustling financial district,” said Ciara Ball, Regional Manager of LPE Adelaide.
When: February 1, 2024
Where: 141 Adelaide St W #1201
The second location to its King Street West location, Marbl has its eyes set on the Financial District and plans to bring its eclectic scene to the area soon. No date has been announced just yet.

Where: Richmond & Bay
Following the opening of its locations inside select A&W stores in Toronto, the brand is opening its first standalone location this year.

Toronto’s Union Station is becoming a pretty prominent dining destination, and it’s getting another addition soon. According to Liberty Group, they planned on opening Blue Bovine Steak and Sushi House at the iconic station in 2023 however, we have yet to hear of an official date. There are still a few weeks left of 2023 though, so you never know.

Add this to your list of new Toronto restaurants to enjoy. This newly created concept is described as a Southern French hotspot featuring timeless French classics. You can expect fresh seaside flavours, a rotisserie program, and even a tartare bar.

Famed fine-dining Chinese establishment, Mott32 is making its way over to Toronto with its first opening in the city – a second location in the Canadian market. Toronto welcomes new restaurant experiences with open arms so when news of a new opening caught wind, we needed to find out more!
Though the tea is still hot on this one as no further information has been revealed, Mott32 will be taking over the current restaurant space that Momofuku held for more than a decade.

The long-awaited Nobu hotel and restaurant opening in Toronto now has a date. Though developers shared updates on the property a few months ago, it’s safe to say they are working diligently to open the new dining destination by next year.

Where: 30 Mercer Street
Previously announced, Montreal-based salad bar Mandy’s Gourmet Salads will open its second location in Toronto. They offer a list of salads, healthy bowls, smoothies, juices, and seasonal soups.

Serving Montreal residents for 30 years, L’Avenue will open a new location at The Well in 2024. It’s expected to be a popular brunch spot with its eccentric plates, like truffle duck eggs benedict, “generous portions, and a boundary-pushing approach to brunch.” We can’t wait.

Lulu Bar holds influences from Asia to Hawaii and California to British Columbia. Hopefully that paints a picture for you as to what you can expect. Debuting this Fall 2023, it will have a fun, refreshing drink menu that includes sake, beer, and cocktail offerings. Also, expect a Pacific-inspired food menu that will be “light and fresh but heavy on flavour.”

You’ll have to wait until Winter 2024 for this one. The Dorset will “showcase a charming flare with food inspired by British coastline and countryside.” More details to come at a later time.
