Your Nobu update is here! Toronto, get ready because the long-awaited Nobu hotel and restaurant opening in Toronto now has a date. Though developers shared updates on the property a few months ago, it’s safe to say they are working diligently to open the new dining destination by next year.

Madison Group, a real estate development company with properties in Toronto and New York City, released renderings of the historic façade and entrance this past February.

At the time of the update, Josh Zagdanski, Vice-President High-Rise, Madison Group had stated the “Nobu Residences is well underway with the first scheduled occupancy to be in 2022.” Although there have been no recent updates since then, we do have an update for its restaurant.

If residency is available starting this year, residents will have to wait until 2023 to enjoy the new restaurant as, according to its restaurant, it has a tentative date of July 2023, opening November 2023.

So you’ll have to wait a little bit longer until you can enjoy another fine dining experience in the city.

The Toronto hotel will join the long list of other locations including Miami Beach, Barcelona, Ibiza Bay, Las Vegas, Manila, Los Cabos, Warsaw, Palo Alto, and more. It’s one of the most renowned hospitality brands in the world, founded by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and Robert De Niro in 1994.
