Jackson St Pizza


Jackson St Pizza is Leschi’s newest spot for pizza. The menu is easy to choose from with four categories – small bites, shareables, pizzas, and sweets. There are currently 7 house pizzas to choose from as well as a build-your-own.

Hours: Sunday-Thursday 4 PM-11 PM, Friday & Saturday 4 PM-Midnight

Mt. Bagel

Beloved pop-up Mt. Bagel is now a permanent fixture in Seattle! In its new iteration, you can still preorder bagels for delivery. Preorders are on Fridays at noon on the bakery’s website, or you can head into the shop and purchase directly until they are sold out for the day.

Ludi’s Restaurant

Long-standing breakfast destination Ludi’s is back in business in a new location. Their menu has fan favorites like the ube pancakes as well as other menu items like a selection of omelets, various kinds of silog, biscuits & gravy, and more.

The new location serves up all of Lula’s beverage goodness ranging from barista creations like the toffee butter macchiato to a selection of different matchas, espresso drinks, and even golden milk. What’s more, all of their drinks can be made with plant-based milk depending on your needs.

Jerk Shack Central District

The new location is in the Central District at Midtown Square. It features all of your favorite menu items from the Belltown location like chicken jerk, pork belly plate, Cuban spiced PNW salmon, and much more. There are also sides like ginger yams, tostones, and sweet plantains.

Layers Green Lake

Popular food truck Layers Sandwich Co has opened in Green Lake, under the name Layers Green Lake. The spot is a lakeside eatery and intimate event space “serving fancy sandwiches and other good stuff.” They have just had their soft opening so be patient as they finalize hours and all the details of having a new restaurant.

Howdy Bagel

If you’re down for a drive to the South Sound, Howdy Bagel is a must-visit. The shop serves up hand-rolled, long-fermented, boiled, and baked bagels. The owners describe them as a cross between a New York and Montreal-style bagel. What’s more, all of their bagels are vegan with the exception of the cheese bagels which contain dairy.
