Love pizza? Well, you’re in luck because Seattle just got a brand-new spot for slices, drinks, and more. Jackson St Pizza opened in early June in the former space of Central Pizza with an inventive menu. Here’s a look inside, at the menu and what to expect.

Jackson St Pizza has a minimalistic yet homey interior that is full of bright light from the large surrounding windows. There’s booth seating as well as bar seating depending on what kind of dining you’d like to do.

The menu is easy to choose from with four categories – small bites, shareables, pizzas, and sweets. Some of the small plates include stromboli, olives, and more. As for shareables you’ll find meatballs, house-made mozzarella, and more. Now when it comes to the star of the show, pizza, there are currently 7 house pizzas to choose from as well as a build-your-own.

Pizzas range from classic offerings like classic red sauce and pepperoni to more inventive offerings like el pastor.

So what are you waiting for? Get out there and try something new.
