When you think about beloved Seattle pop ups, Ben’s Bread probably comes to mind. After all, husband and wife duo Ben Campbell and Megan Campbell have been at it for almost 8 years. Seattleites have been lining up for years to get their hands on the duos ben creations and soon, they will be able to visit the pop ups first brick and mortar location.
The pop up has been working towards making this a reality since 2021, when they first launched a kickstarter. Now, the brick and mortar location is just weeks away from opening with a projected opening of “mid-July.”
Information shared with Curiocity by Ben’s Bread details that the new Phinney Ridge space, which will boast 1,400 square feet of space, “10 indoor seats, an outdoor standing bar counter, 24 outdoor seats on a covered and heated courtyard, and 10 sidewalk seats.”

The Campbells will stay true to what they do best, offering customers a selection of “fresh baked breakfast, lunch, and grab and go items featuring top quality local grains.” You can expect to find delicious loaves, rotating daily specials, along with a breakfast menu. That menu will include items like English muffins, pastries, doughnuts, biscuits, breakfast sandwiches, and toasts.

The lunch menu will bring extra variety with sandwiches, salads, and more daily specials. There are also plans to offer seasonal items like summertime picnic packs, holiday goodies, refrigerated doughs, and more.
There will also be an extensive drink program centred around Herkimer hand-crafted espresso. They will also highlight local and independent roasters through a rotating drip coffee program. That’s not all though, there will also be guest-curated seasonal wine offerings.
While there is no exact opening date at this time, we will keep you updated as we know more.
