As the year comes to a close you might just be looking to try something new. Why not head over to one of the several new restaurants that opened around the city? Here are 6 new restaurants that opened in Seattle during fall & winter 2022.
Gemini Room features the whole gamut. They have both daytime and nighttime offerings starting with locally roasted espresso, unique coffee and tea lattes, grab-and-go breakfast staples, fresh seasonal bowls, salads, and sandwiches. At night, guests can enjoy shareable bites and signature cocktails featuring house-infused liquors, herbaceous elements, and fresh juices.

Ohsun Banchan Deli & Cafe is now open in Pioneer Square and features counter service, drinks, and even functions as a spot to grab pantry items. There are no reservations needed, all you have to do is stop by and give it a try.

Hours: December: Wednesday-Saturday 11 AM- 7 PM, January: Wednesday-Saturday 11 AM- 7 PM & Sunday 11 AM-4 PM
La Dispensa describes itself as a “fresh take on the magic of the Italian deli” the goal is to “transport one to Italy through food, drink, and culture.” At the shop you’ll find an assortment of house-made lunches, take-home meals, Italian happy hour, and more.

The iconic SPUDS Fish & Chips is back to delight our taste buds again. Not much has changed at SPUDS other than its new look. While not exactly the same vibe and much more modern, the food is just as good and is as perfectly fried as before. You’ll find classic menu items like cod & chips, a fish sandwich, calamari, and more.

The Ben & Esther’s menu includes items like bagels, bagel sandwiches, and deli sandwiches. You can choose between a whole assortment of bagel flavors like poppy, pumpernickel, sesame, and more. There are also shmears like veggie, “lox”, and scallion among others. Remember everything on the menu is vegan so you can enjoy plant-based lox, tuna salad, whitefish, and more without the meat.

Bigfoot Long’s are now available for the foreseeable future at 4B’s Tavern in Ballard. You can snag dogs like the Basic Bigfoot, Seattle Sasquatch, and Bigfoots Walkin Stick. There are even some sweet treats like Grilled Cheesecake and the Luxury Luxardo Limo which has Hawaii sweet rolls, a peanut butter cup log, cherry jam, and toasted meringue.
