A few new restaurants are slipping their way into the Seattle restaurant scene before the end of the year. One of the newest is Capitol Hill’s Gemini Room – a new bar concept located in the former space of Cafe Pettirosso in Chophouse Row. Inspired by 70s aesthetics, it’s sure to take you back to a bygone era.

Gemini Room features the whole gamut. They have both daytime and nighttime offerings starting with locally roasted espresso, unique coffee and tea lattes, grab-and-go breakfast staples, fresh seasonal bowls, salads, and sandwiches. At night, guests can enjoy shareable bites and signature cocktails featuring house-infused liquors, herbaceous elements, and fresh juices.

Some of the nighttime eats you can enjoy include fried chickpeas, pickled deviled eggs, fries & aioli, panko chicken skewers, and much more.

Best of all, they’re open now so there’s no need to wait to try, simply grab your friends and head over to Capitol Hill to check it out for yourself.
