Mandy’s Salads to open in Yorkville & it’s the most colourful Toronto location yet

Mandy’s Salads is taking Toronto by storm! The popular Montreal-based soups and salads chain continues its expansion across the city and is gearing up to open its third location in the Yorkville area. Here’s what to know.

Though it feels like only yesterday that Mandy’s Salads opened its doors at The Well, the brand isn’t settling just yet.

The team took to Instagram last week to tease the opening of its next location on Instagram, showing renderings of what customers can expect once they open.

Staying true to their signature colours, guests can expect the new Yorkville location to be bright and bold – pinks, greens, and neutral colours that paint its interior.

And to add to the ambiance, large palm trees and decorative canopies are pictured, adding to the allure of the space.

Based on the renderings, it looks like there will be ample seating for customers to enjoy their meals as they spend the day in Yorkville.

Whether you’re on the go or want to sit and enjoy your meal,  per the renderings, it looks like there is also a pickup section for meals to-go.

According to Mandy’s Salads Chief Expansion Officer Genevive Paquet in a LinkedIn post, the new storefront will be opening very soon but a set date has yet to be revealed.

“I’m so thrilled to announce that very soon, we’ll be opening a brand new Mandy’s in Yorkville/Bloor Street,” said Paquet. “I’m just eager to share all this magic with you and all our future customers!”

And we’re just as excited for its grand opening!

Of course, Mandy’s is known for its salads but its menu also offers a variety of other items like bowls, smoothies and soups.

This storefront marks the 11th location in Canada and Toronto’s third Mandy’s restaurant.
