A new Jollibee location is opening in Metro Vancouver this weekend & here’s what to know

Great news, Jollibee fans! The iconic Filipino restaurant known for its Jolly Crispy Chicken and Chicken Sandwiches is getting yet another location in Metro Vancouver, and it’s opening its doors this weekend.

Joining their first B.C. outpost on Granville Street, and second on Broadway and Cambie, is a new spot in the heart of Surrey City Centre, just steps away from the Expo Line. Situated in the King George Hub, the new Jollibee will offer diners a convenient new location to load up on their crispy faves.

And according to a new press release, the grand opening date is Saturday, February 18th. Perfect for your long weekend cravings, if you ask us.

Plus, the new spot has some fun treats in store for the first 100 customers during opening weekend. The first 100 customers on February 18th will receive a limited edition Jollibee Funko Pop for a purchase of $35. On Sunday, February 19th, the first 100 customers will receive a Jollibee Plush doll with the same minimum purchase.

Speaking of, here are some of the brand’s headlining menu items if you aren’t familiar:

Jolly Crispy Chicken: Jollibee’s signature bone-in fried chicken, hand-breaded to be crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
Original Chicken Sandwich: This sandwich features a crispy, juicy chicken breast fillet, spread with umami mayo, and served on a toasted brioche bun.
Spicy Chicken Sandwich: The spicy version of the original chicken sandwich features sriracha mayo and fresh jalapeños for added crunch and heat.
Peach Mango Pie: Jollibee’s iconic dessert, made with peaches and real Philippine mangoes enveloped in a light and crispy crust.

The new Jollibee location will be open every day from 9 am to 10 pm.
