This Ontario town is having a huge maple syrup festival next month

Maple season is fast approaching. And so is Prince Edward County’s epic maple celebration. Enter: March Maple Madness. And this year, the celebration is going to be even sweeter, courtesy of Drake Motor Inn’s Maple Madness Stay + Brunch Package.

First things first— If you aren’t familiar with Maple Madness, it is a month-long celebration of this iconic symbol of Canadian identity. Every weekend in March, you’ll find breweries, wineries, sugar bushes and restaurants in PEC serving up exceptional maple-themed culinary delights. From drinks and bites to entrée and desserts, there’s a lot to love.

All through March, you can enjoy various tastings at local sugar bushes and wineries or stop by some of Prince Edward County maple syrup producers to get your fix. And for the little ones of the family, an array of fun activities await!

Joining in on the celebration this year are the Drake Motor Inn and Drake Devonshire.

Behind this weekend brunch is their renowned Executive Chef, Amanda Ray. This time, the chef has partnered with local syrup purveyor Nyman Farms and winery Sugar Bush Vineyard to offer some off-menu culinary creations with a delicious, syrupy twist.
