Hello Edmonton! And welcome back to our guide of things to do this weekend in the city. It’s going to be a doozy, and there are tons of options if you want to get out there and have some fun.

From an art fest to a drag event, here’s what’s going on this weekend in Edmonton.

Meet up at the All British Meet

Nope, this isn’t a way for British people to stand around in a field and meet one another. It’s for people who like British cars, motorcycles, etc… instead. Who knows, maybe you’ll get to see a super old Rolls-Royce.

Enjoy a Pride Performance

Considering it’s Pride Month, we definitely wanted to showcase at least event drag event. Although GA is sold out for Pure Pride: Michelle Visage, you can still grab some VIP tickets and actually meet the RuPaul’s Drag Race living legend.

When: Saturday, June 8
Where: The Starlite Room

Check out what’s next at Nextfest

Edmonton’s most talented up-and-coming artists will be showing off their stuff until June 10th. Come through for installations, exhibits, and artistic performances that will be as cool as they are impressive.

Cost: Free and ticketed events

Listen to A Little Night Music

Any cinephile will know who Ingmar Bergman is, and any live theatre-phile will appreciate this show. Based on the script that delivered four Tony Awards back in the day, this dynamic live presentation will make any night out a good one.

When: Runs until June 8
Where: Theatre La Cite Francophone, 8627 91 Street

Get sustainable at Sustainival

See Captain Marvel outside of a theatre

Head out to Lee Field Community Hall to watch Brie Larson become probably the most badass Marvel superhero there is. Dress warm and enjoy.
