Here’s a taste of some of the highlights from the Steak Master’s Menu:

Roasted Bone Marrow 

This tasty appetizer consists of goat cheese crostini, chimichurri, pickled red onions and arugula salad.

Black Truffle Butter Sirloin

A decadent entreé of 7oz sirloin, beef tallow smashed potatoes, and wild mushrooms.

Slow Braised Bone-in Short Rib 

A spicy entreé with Gochujang glaze, garnished with scallion, & white sesame served, with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Beef Tallow Smashed Potatoes 

Enjoy it as a side or order to share. These tasty beef tallow potatoes come with beef tallow, parmesan, and chives on top.

Basque Cheesecake

A beloved dessert with a new twist. Enjoy a deeply caramelized exterior with a creamy custard center, served with passion fruit coulis.

For a perfect pairing, try the limited-time menu with a Cabernet Sauvignon from Chateau Ste. Michelle or Dogajolo, a Super Tuscan from Carpineto. Order them by the glass or by the bottle for the whole table to enjoy.
