Situated inside the Fairmont Waterfront, ARC Restaurant & Bar serves up a mix of seasonal plates, craft beer, and happy hour specials that make for a great destination for any meal or occasion. But we have to admit, their weekend brunch is pretty hard to beat.

As far as setting the scene goes, ARC excels here too. Enjoy limitless waffles, jerk fried chicken, avocado toast, beef short rib poutine, berry smoothies, and much more – all surrounded by sweeping harbour and mountain views.

And to sweeten the pot even more, all of their dishes are made with local ingredients, some of which they grow themselves on their rooftop herb garden and beehives!

Those who are extra hungry can choose to add on some a la carte menu items like buttermilk pancakes and traditional eggs benedict, among others.

Bottomless brunch is available on weekends from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm for $65 per person. Note that this price does not include drinks.
