Best known for being a Canadian sports icon – wrestler, author and humanitarian, Bret Hart is Calgary royalty and this month he’ll open his very own restaurant and bar in a popular inner-city casino.
Appropriately named ‘Hitman’s Bar’, this one-of-a-kind spot is described as “a multi-room eatery and lounge that combines contemporary modern cuisine with a distinctly Calgary vibe.”
Tucked into Cowboy’s Casino, this lively destination is centrally located and will feature a ton of recognizable memorabilia – including the world heavyweight championship belt Hart won in 1992 against Ric Flair, photos and more.

In addition, they’ll also have a private dining room which will be available for bookings & corporate events and an atmosphere perfect for drinks after a hockey game or an evening out with friends.
Interested in checking it out? Hitman’s Bar will officially open Friday, February 10th, 2023 at 4 pm and is even gearing up to host a Super Bowl party on Sunday the 12th, then Monday Night Raw (on Monday of course), followed by their Valentine’s dinner on Tuesday.
