The Goal
To alert Curiocity’s Vancouver audience of Air Canada’s brand new flight option being offered direct to Bangkok for the first time in North America, right out of Vancouver.
The Campaign
The campaign consisted of IG Posts, IG Stories and a Sponsored Article on Curiocity’s Vancouver specific channels.
The Strategy
Curiocity leaned on the high popularity of SE Asian vacations amongst the Greater Vancouver population to highlight the new Air Canada direct flight to Bangkok. As Air Canada’s direct Vancouver to Bangkok flight is the only direct flight to Thailand available from Canada, the secondary focus point for campaign messaging was the exclusivity of the flight option.
With emphasis on the exclusiveness of the offer, Curiocity was able to highlight, with very simple messaging, that this was an opportunity our Vancouver audience should absolutely be excited about.
