Of the two suites, only one is publicly available. It’s the Grand Bridge Suites, and it’s the larger of the set. This condo comes with 4,168 square feet of living space spanning over 3 floors. It’s got unobstructed views overlooking Lake Ontario. Plus, a gorgeous interior designed by LIV Design Studio.
Along with the suite, the SkyBridge also has over 800 square feet of outdoor living space to explore. There’s a beautiful bar and sunroom to lounge in while you enjoy the breathtaking views.
Of course, none of this comes cheap. If you’d like to be a proud resident of the iconic Bridge Suites, you’ll have to cough up a whopping $4,550,000. Given how inside this property is, we can’t say we’re surprised by the price tag.
