This Toronto waterfront night market will have a floating lantern festival

Toronto summers are the best! The Waterfront Night Market is coming up, a showcase of amazing Pan-Asian food and a stunning floating lantern festival. Mark your calendars for August 9th to 11th – here’s what to know before you go.

“The 2024 edition of the WNM continues to be anchored by the Signature Pan-Asian Food Festival, Kre8ions Cultural Showcase, and Illuminasian Floating Lantern & Music Festival,” says the Waterfront Night Market Toronto.

The market is going to be on Friday, August 9th from 6:00 PM-midnight, 4:00 PM-midnight on Saturday and 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM on Sunday.

All tickets include a floating lantern for you to launch and help illuminate the waterfront!

The Waterfront Night Market is for 19+ on Friday and Saturday so ID will be required at the door. Sunday’s market/festival is open to all ages so if you want to bring the family, this is the day to do so.

Single-day tickets for Friday and Saturday can be purchased here starting at $24.95 per person, while Sunday tickets cost $5 per child and $10 per adult.

Live music and cultural performances will take place each night as well with the full line up here.

There are going to be over 20 live shows to enjoy so get ready for a fun-filled weekend!
