The Vancouver Aquarium has a new orphaned baby Sea Otter (VIDEO)

The Vancouver Aquarium has some pretty cute sea life. But this week they have a brand new temporary resident that may be the cutest of them all. We’re talking about Joey, the orphaned baby Sea Otter. Seriously aww-worthy.

Joey was found “orphaned, hypothermic and hypoglycaemic near Kyuquot”. And luckily for him, he is now in treatment at the Vancouver Aquarium thanks to a quick plane ride. Which means he is now stabilized and on the road to recovery.

And if this video doesn’t melt your heart, we don’t know what will. But we hope Joey has a quick recovery and that he can go back to the wild when he’s ready. And if you want to help support his recovery you can donate here.

If you found this video heartwarming make sure and send it to a friend. Because we can all appreciate Joey’s cuteness and you never know who’s day you might make. And hey if you haven’t been to the Aquarium in a while, they’re open. Just saying.

Have a great weekend, folks!
