If you love a good oyster bar, get ready to experience a whole new kind of pop-up experience in Vancouver. For a limited time, the luxurious Fairmont Waterfront is hosting a new wine and oyster pop-up at ARC Restaurant, aptly named ‘Sip and Shuck.’
The experience invites guests to indulge in a delightful tasting experience just steps away from Canada Place. Spotlighting small-batch reserves, exclusive pours, and locally sourced sips from the Okanagan Valley, the pop-up has plenty for everyone to enjoy.
In terms of food, guests will be treated to fresh oysters of five different varieties shucked right before their eyes! So consider your next date night plans made.
What’s more, celebrated sommeliers will join the Chef’s Bench at ARC Restaurant on select evenings to share their expertise and raise awareness of the unprecedented challenges faced in the Okanagan region.
