It’s finally starting to feel like spring out there! The Toronto weather forecast is showing signs of those warm days that we’ve been waiting for, and we couldn’t be more excited to shed our winter parkas.

Temperatures will climb into the double digits over the next two weeks.

As is expected during spring in Ontario, this transitional season can be a rollercoaster ride of wild weather.

However, the next two weeks will bring some high temperatures that will feel more like early June than early April.

On Wednesday, April 5th, the Toronto Weather Network’s forecast shows that a high of 18°C is coming our way, feeling like 19°C.

But, before you bust out the t-shirt, you’ll want to have an umbrella handy because the warm weather will be accompanied by rain.

We can look forward to some dry weather and sunshine in the second week of April.

Right now, the Toronto weather forecast shows sunny skies for the majority of the weekend from Friday, April 7th to Sunday, April 9th.

The sunshine will be accompanied by a high of 11°C, which will linger throughout the week until Thursday, April 13th.

Sadly, this stretch of mild weather may be temporary.

According to The Weather Network’s spring forecast, “most Canadians will need to be patient as we wait for consistent warm weather” in March, April, and May.

In Ontario, April will bring “several bouts of winter weather with periods of colder than normal temperatures and messy winter storms,” says The Weather Network.

However, there’s hope on the horizon — Ontario and Quebec may finish strong with “warmer and drier weather” towards the end of spring.

We’ll be enjoying the warmth while it lasts, and counting down the days until summer!
