The iconic Black Bull Tavern has been closed down for a while now, known for serving Toronto since 1833, but it looks like its replacement will be here before the end of summer. Score on King is opening a second location called Score on Queen and you guessed it – it’s taking over the space where Black Bull formally stood.

Score confirmed to Curiocity that Score on Queen will be taking over 298 Queen Street West, a corner restaurant that sits at Queen and SoHo.

Score on King posted about the news that the new location was coming on social media writing, “Our King has finally found his Queen. Coming late Summer of 2024, Score on Queen will be opening its doors on Toronto’s bustling Queen West. We can’t wait to party with you!”

While no exact date was given, Toronto residents can get excited about the Summer 2024 opening.

Score is known for serving up larger-than-life Ceasars and other delicious dishes such as easy-to-share apps, mouth-watering burgers and awesome happy hour deals.

There are also daily food/drink specials, even on weekends!

This is Score’s second Toronto location and third in Canada, with the first restaurant opening in Vancouver on Davie Street.

The mystery of what’s replacing Black Bull Tavern is over and we can’t wait to check out Score on Queen!
