One of Toronto’s hottest street festivals is getting ready to turn up the heat and add some spice to the summer season. TD Salsa on St. Clair returns to the city this weekend and here’s everything you need to know about it.

Mark your calendars because on July 8th and 9th, a portion of St. Clair will transform into the ultimate hub for all things Latino. We’re talking food, drinks, performances, and of course, music!

The annual festival, like always, will be held between Winona Dr and Christie St. On both days, it’ll start at noon with Saturday ending around 10 PM and Sunday at 8:30 PM.

If this is your first time attending, you’re in for a treat. Pro tip: wear some comfortable shoes because besides all the walking, there will be a lot of dancing.

You can expect to enjoy delicious eats from vendors like Panchos Bakery, Miami Grill, Nuevo Sabor de El Salvador, Tropical Love, and more.

As for performances, you’ll want to stick around to catch salsa and samba groups doing their thing, dancing and singing, along with other showcases and folklore dances. You can find the full lineup on the TD Salsa on St. Clair website.

And after you’ve enjoyed a few churros, empanadas, and a pineapple drink, take a trip to the east end for Taste of Lawrence. It just so happens to be on the same weekend.

We don’t know about you but it sounds like we have a jam-packed weekend ahead of us.

See you this weekend!
