One of Toronto’s most beloved summer festivals is back this year for three full days. Taste of Lawrence is bringing the heat with over 100 street vendors, music, culture, and more. Here’s what to know about this highly anticipated fest.

The annual event that takes place in Wexford Heights BIA is considered Scarborough’s largest street festival.

Every year, Taste of Lawrence takes over a strip of Lawrence Avenue East between Warden Avenue and Birchmount Road, and transforms it into the ultimate festival gathering for all of Toronto to enjoy. It’s set to kick off on July 7th and all weekend, ending on July 9th.

We’re talking delicious cuisine, live entertainment, midway rides, kid workshops, and a whole lot more. According to organizers, attendees can expect to see an Exotic Car Display by GTA Exotics and a special feature by Tequila Cazadores.

If you have yet to explore the Lawrence community and all it has to offer, this festival is your chance to do so.

The festival begins at 6 PM and runs until 11 PM on July 7th, 11 AM to 11 PM on July 8th, and 11 AM to 7 PM on July 9th.

There are already a handful of summer festivals and events to look forward to in Toronto so in any case, just add this one to your list of “go-to’s.”

See you this weekend!
