Tea N’ Bannock

“Where the past and present meet.” Tea N Bannock features an almost endless menu with delicious appetizers, mains, and desserts. We’re talking Bison steak, Salmon burgers, wild rice saute, and more.

“Since 2012, Tea-N-Bannock has been serving dishes that reflect culture both the past and present. Not only providing a platform for indigenous chefs and traditional cooks, but also a place for youth to get introduced to professionals and given space to dream,” reads its site.

When: Thursday to Saturday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Pow Wow Cafe

Located in one of Toronto’s most diverse food scenes, Kensington Market, those searching for a delicious Indigenous meal can check out Pow Wow Cafe. It offers brunch and dinner specials using indigenous sourced ingredients to make dishes like Bison-venison meatballs, “Indian Tacos”, scone dogs, and more.

360 Restaurant

Though not necessarily an Indigenous restaurant, Toronto’s 360 Restaurant offers a special curated Indigenous menu, crafted by Chef David Wolfman and the 360 culinary team. It features a three-course meal – to start, an Arctic Char Crudo, Bison Tenderloin as a main, and for dessert a white chocolate and partridge berry parfait. It’s priced at $90.

When: Lunch: 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM/ Dinner: 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM
