We hope you’re hungry, BC! With the end of this year just around the corner, OpenTable has revealed their top 100 Restaurants in Canada for 2023, and our province happens to be home to quite a few.

From steakhouses to sushi spots, it looks like BC has a little something for everyone, and not just in the city of Vancouver.

Though with so many innovative and reputable kitchens across the country, it can’t be easy to narrow it down to the best of the best!

According to the online restaurant reservation service, this list reflects over 1.1 million reviews, which includes ratings, percentage of tables booked in advance, and 5-star reviews.
