Leon Bridges is heading to Calgary next summer for his Happiness Anytime Tour. The Grammy-winning singer-songwriter has announced he’s hitting the road across North America in 2027, and those of us in Calgary have two chances to see him live.
The shows will take place at the Grey Eagle Resort and Casino in August, with KOKOROKO joining him as a special guest.
Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming shows
Leon Bridges is a Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter and performer from Fort Worth, Texas. He first broke out with his 2015 debut album, Coming Home, which included songs like “River” and “Coming Home.”
Since then, Bridges has released several albums and collaborated with artists including Khruangbin and Kacey Musgraves. He has received six Grammy nominations and won his first Grammy in 2019 for Best Traditional R&B Performance.
His latest album, Happiness Anytime, was released in September 2026, and he’ll bring the new music to the stage when his tour kicks off next year.
KOKOROKO will join Leon Bridges as a special guest during the shows. The London-based band is best known for its viral hit “Abusey Junction,” along with songs like “Carry Me Home” and “Da Du Dah.”
Bridges will perform in Calgary on Wednesday, Aug. 18 and Thursday, Aug. 19, 2026, as part of his Happiness Anytime Tour. Both concerts will start at 7:30 p.m., and doors will open at 6:30 p.m.
Both Leon Bridges shows will take place at the Grey Eagle Resort and Casino located in southwest Calgary. If you’re driving, free on-site parking will be available, including overflow parking north and south of the hotel.
If you’re taking transit, Route 66 stops at Grey Eagle Boulevard and Grey Eagle Drive, a short walk from the venue. You can check your route and departure times through the Calgary Transit trip planner.
According to the Grey Eagle Resort and Casino, tickets for Leon Bridges’ shows are priced at $100 per person plus fees.
Presale begins on Tuesday, Oct. 13, at 10 a.m., while general ticket sales open Friday, Oct. 16, at 10 a.m.
Both concerts are standing-room-only, so tickets do not include an assigned seat. If you want to be closer to the stage, arrive early, as standing areas are first-come, first-served.
Bridges is just one of the big names heading to Calgary next year, with Carly Rae Jepsen, Hilary Duff, and Greta Van Fleet also on the 2027 concert calendar. And we have a feeling that list isn’t finished yet!
When: Wednesday, Aug. 18 and Thursday, Aug. 19, 2027
Time: 7:30 p.m. (Doors open at 6:30 p.m)
Where: Grey Eagle Resort and Casino – 3775 Grey Eagle Dr., Calgary, Alta.
