Tim Hortons is releasing a poutine donut for a limited time & yes it’s covered in gravy

Tim Hortons is showing off its Canadian roots by mixing two of the country’s biggest staples: Tim Horton’s donuts and poutine.

According to a Curiocity reader, a new Tim Hortons poutine donut should be coming to the public soon. This creation is sure to be a Canadian’s dream and here’s what we know about the savoury delights.

Tim Hortons has yet to make an announcement about the new poutine donut, but according to our reader, they spotted the new creation at a Tim Hortons location in Guelph, Ontario.

“It looked to be on more of the savoury side as it was covered in cheese and gravy,” the reader told us.

A photo of the donut shows what appears to be a fluffy donut base, topped with a thick layer of gravy topped with cheese.

I don’t know about you, but as a poutine-loving Canadian, I’ll be ordering a dozen of these bad boys when they come out!

Curiocity has reached out to Tim Hortons for confirmation, and this story will be updated accordingly.

Happy April Fools’ Day!
