A new one-of-a-kind food market is opening in Toronto with four new eateries

A new food hall is coming to Toronto this September, providing an exciting one-of-a-kind dining and social experience. And it will feature four new vendors offering a world of cuisines. Here’s what to know about TABLE Fare + Social.

TABLE Fare + Social will be the city’s newest dining hot spot, slated to open in the financial district on the fourth floor of the CIBC SQUARE complex.

It will feature a multifunctional space with several seating areas, “from communal tables to quiet alcoves in the library and al fresco dining.” According to the restaurant group, its “refined design embodies simplicity and sophistication while creating an inviting and lively atmosphere.”

As for what to expect, the four food vendors include In Good SpiritsFriday BurgerChaiyo by Pai, and Misoya

In Good Spirits offers a top-bar experience with a French-inspired food menu with some Spanish influence; Friday Burger serves handcrafted burgers, plant-based options, and chicken sandwiches using fresh, quality ingredients; Chaiyo by PAI will serve fresh and authentic Thai food in a Thai-syle market experience and Misoya has a menu offering Japanese noodles and sides but with a strong focus on one main ingredient: miso.

“We are proud to see our collective efforts in the creation of TABLE come to life, which will undoubtedly become a sought-after gathering place for Toronto residents and visitors alike. We are committed to curating an exciting and diverse culinary experience that reflects the rich heritage and dynamic food scene in Canada,” said Sunita Mahant, Head of Social Impact & Inclusion, Sustainable Investments, at Ivanhoé Cambridge.

“With TABLE, we aim to provide a space that fosters a sense of community, belonging and connection. We cannot wait to welcome everyone to TABLE and invite them to pull up a chair, connect with others, and savour what TABLE has to offer.”

In addition to the cuisine, TABLE will also welcome all to its community space that will host year-round programmings, like food tastings, cooking classes, live music, pop-up events, trivia nights, and more.

TABLE will be open seven days a week, and serve as a prime location for everyone looking for pre-game drinks to those looking for a satisfying, sit-down dinner.
