If you happen to be a film buff get excited because the Sundance Film Festival is coming to Seattle. That’s right, the iconic festival is partnering with the Northwest Film Forum (NWFF) for the first time since its creation in 1978! But don’t be expecting to go in for screenings because Sundance is going digital.

That being said, it’s pretty dang exciting news because it means the festival is accessible and available to a lot more people. That means you can enjoy over 70 features, 50 short films, and Q&As from the comfort of your own home. Plus it looks like there will be some extra events along the lines of workshops and discussions,

So we certainly know what we’ll be doing this January. And we hope that you guys decide to check it out. After all, it’s a great way to see films and also support NWFF. Because we all want to help keep Seattle’s OG art institutions around. And checking out this festival is just one way of doing that!
