A few weeks back, we shared that one of our favourite sandwich spots in Vancouver, Say Hey Cafe, needed a little boost in order to reopen. Well, not only did they hit their goal, but as of this week they’ve opened their doors completely once more!
And boy, is there a lot to look forward to for your return. With the arrival on the new head chef and co-owner, Lina Caschetto, Say Hey has gone from super-specific sandwich spot to an all-day long affair. Offering breakfast options, baked goods, and even some nice sides to go with, you guessed it, their delicious sandwiches.

So, whether you’re swinging by for a quick bite to eat before the workday starts, or diving once more into their tried and true meatball sub, the new Say Hey Cafe needs to be on every foodie’s radar. Heck, for us, we’re probably going to make it a weekly thing until we’ve tried everything on the menu once more..
We highly suggest that you do the same.
