The new concept will be coming to The Amazing Brentwood, the massive mixed-use development in North Burnaby. It’ll offer a restaurant, lounge, and bar space, alongside a ‘Kitchen Window’ to serve shoppers looking for a quicker experience.

As you’ve probably guessed, “R+D” refers to Research and Development, and that vision will be reflected in the menu. Once open, you’ll be able to test a rotating selection of dishes that might make it to the regular menu, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options.
The new concept is slated to open sometime in May, and we’ll definitely be keeping tabs on the official day. After all, White Spot has been around for 94 years, we want to see how such a storied brand is looking forward!
