Seattle’s Tom Douglas just opened a new wine bar with “NW Italianesque dishes”

Seattle’s very own Tom Douglas has opened a new spot. His group has added Neb to the mix, a restaurant with a focus on “rustic NW Italianesque dishes.”

Neb quietly opened its doors on Friday, November 17th. The new spot is short for, “Neb Head”, Tom’s nickname amongst his close friends. When it comes to food and vibes, Piedmont and its wines are the big inspiration.

There’s also a selection of meats and cheese you can snack on and desserts like hazelnut cake. Of course, you’ll also find a drink menu with wines and a selection of negronis.

Reservations can be made online.
