  • Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar
  • Elisa

Michelin inspectors work year-round to uncover the best restaurants in each city, and these newly recommended spots only show just how full-to-the-brim our city is with culinary gems.

Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar, for example, was selected for its housemade pastas and classic baked oysters with creamed spinach, according to the Guide’s latest press release. Elisa was selected for its locally sourced steaks and “thoroughly enjoyable” Dungeness crab spring roll.

Moltaqa was recognized for its delicious Moroccan fare and hospitality, while Tetsu Sushi Bar brings the intimacy of Omakase to a whole new level.

At the centre of a growing community at leləm̓ Village (located on UBC’s campus), Wildlight Kitchen + Bar was recommended for its “stunning” charcuterie boards and locally sourced seafood.

Finally, Seaport City Seafood was recognized for having the ideal blend of ‘traditional meets contemporary’ Chinese fare, including dim sum and black truffle fried wild rice.

So there you have it, Vancouver! If you’re celebrating a special occasion soon or just want an excuse to treat yourself, you’ll find plenty of mouthwatering dishes here. Bon appetít!
