Last year, the coveted Michelin Guide released its list of the top restaurants and bars in Vancouver, awarding a number of recognitions to 70 establishments and their teams throughout the city. And now, the famed guide has officially added 10 more Vancouver spots to the list, ahead of the release of the full 2023 Michelin Guide this fall.
From a slew of stand-out Japanese eateries to unique vegan fare, there are plenty of new options for those looking for a Michelin-recommended experience in Vancouver.

Here are the 10 new additions to the Vancouver Michelin Guide:
- Archer
- Bao Bei
- Farmerâs Apprentice
- Folke
- HÄnai
- Karma Indian Bistro
- Motonobu Udon
- Okeya Kyujiro
- Sushi Hil
- Sushi Jin
