Vancouver has long been a place of culinary mastery and innovation, if you ask us. But it’s always nice to have the Michelin Guide on your side if you work in the industry. On Thursday, October 27th, this year’s Michelin-approved selections honouring Vancouver chefs and restaurant teams were made, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to share the news. Or shout from the rooftop.
To clarify, the first 8 selections were awarded one Michelin star for their outstanding cuisine. The latter 12 were awarded a “Bib Gourmand” for their exceptional quality and value for the money spent. Let’s dive right in.
