New resto alert, Seattle! Long-time beloved pop-up Loxsmith Bagels is finally opening a permanent location on Beacon Hill. Best of all, you don’t have to wait seemingly forever for this spot to open because they’re aiming for an April grand opening!
Loxsmith Bagels is known for their delicious lox made from wild-caught salmon and of course their equally delicious bagels. Right now you can find them at Harried & Hungry on weekends but sometimes we all need bagels during the week. Soon you’ll be able to get all of your menu faves and more whenever you’re feeling like it.

If you’re extra excited about the new addition to Seattle’s restaurant scene you can actually help out. Loxsmith Bagels is crowdsourcing funding for the new Beacon Hill shop and they still need funds.
Either way, look forward to more updates on the new permanent shop in weeks and months to come. In the meantime visit them at Hungry & Harried and get updates on their Instagram. Happy eating, Seattle!
