Lil Woody’s Seafood Month returns featuring five local chefs & here’s what to expect

August is looking like a jam-packed month from concerts to outdoor events and now Lil Woody’s Seafood Month. The Capitol Hill burger spot is bringing its tasty month of seafood-centric eats back for Seattleites. Here’s what you can expect.

From August 2nd to September 5th, customers can score a new seafood burger each week. These burgers are crafted by local chefs and are a new take on your classic favorites. Participating chefs include Tom Douglas, Terrell Jackson, George Hofgren, Jonathan Ragsdale, and Cory Alfano.

Some of the burgers you can grab include a Wild Bristol Bay Sockeye Salmon Burger, Catfish Corner Signature Sandwich, Frank’s Fried Oyster Sandwich, The Surf and Turf Burger, and Lil Woody’s Fillet-O-Fish. With all those tasty options it looks like you’re going to have to visit at least a few times over the coming weeks. After all, it only happens once a year!
