It’s one of those things that most of us do but wouldn’t dare discuss out loud — that is, until Pornhub gives us no other choice. The Canadian-owned website has once again exposed our dirty secrets by releasing the most popular searches from users across the country this year.
As part of its Year in Review for 2021, Pornhub has created a breakdown of the top 20 countries by traffic from the past 12 months, accounting for 79% of the daily users on the site.
Canada landed in 7th place on the list, spending an average of 9 minutes and 48 seconds per visit, a decrease of 20 seconds from last year. Of all Canadian users, 32% are female and 68% are male.

The three most popular searches in the country this year are “hentai,” “lesbian,” and “MILF.” Pornhub’s infographic also breaks down Canada’s top trending searches, categories, and pornstars of 2021.
The report even shows how much the website traffic changed during certain events throughout the year, like the holiday season and the Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp outage back in October.
During the outage, the number of Pornhub visitors worldwide climbed by 10.5% compared to the same time the previous day.
On Christmas Eve, there are 41% fewer Canadian users than average and 47% fewer on New Year’s Eve.
