Mark your calendars people! July 10 is the day we are going to sit back and indulge in one of our all-time fave summer activities— sipping on chilled Pina Coladas. ‘Cause July 10 is National Pina Colada Day. And just in time for this delicious celebration, our forever preferred dessert liqueur, Baileys, has Baileys Colada.
They blended their iconic Irish cream with creamy coconut and sweet, juicy pineapple to give you a drink that’s equal parts smooth, creamy, sweet and yummy.
And along with this creamy delight, they also gave us three incredible and surprisingly easy-to-prepare cocktail recipes. Forget about reading the recipes, just look at the below pics and you’ll realize why you need to try them this National Cocktail Day.

Let’s start with a yummy lil’ grown-up dessert. Dish out 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream and layer it with raspberry and fresh coconut. Feel free to add whatever other tropical fruit you’re in the mood for. Now pour over the pre-measured Baileys Colada, garnish with pineapple pieces and leaves and dig in!

Put all the ingredients into a blender with 1-2 scoops of crushed ice and blend it to a smooth consistency. You can up your colada game by dipping the rim of the glass in chopped coconut (optional but highly recommended). Finally, pour out your Baileys Colada, garnish with a slice of pineapple and some leaves and ENJOY!

Grab a tumbler. Add about 3-4 chunks of ice and pour out the measured Baileys Colada. Now garnish with a slice of pineapple and deck up the rim with some leaves and your perfect pina colada is ready.
