In case you all haven’t seen, there’s a fair amount of new food things happening in the city. Between new restaurants and pop-ups, there are definitely a few food-centric things you’ll want to check out this week. So with that in mind, here are 10 new restaurants in Seattle worth trying this week.

Field to Table

This one is actually a pop-up but it’s pretty dang unique as it allows you to dine on Lumen Field! So this is a great way to taste food from acclaimed local chefs and check out an entirely new way of dining. Of course, it’s all socially distanced, and COVID-19 protocols are in place.

Hello Em

This very exciting new spot from the co-owner of Pho Bac Sup Shop, Yenvy Pham is officially open! SO if you’re looking to get your coffee fix and try something new, this is an excellent choice. You’ll also be able to score banh mi and other delicious treats.

Where: 1227 S Weller St.
Hours: Monday-Friday: 7 am-4 pm, Saturday & Sunday 8 am-4 pm

Allyum

When it comes to vegan food, this West Seattle spot looks pretty dang exciting. Plus they have a rotating menu so chances are if you become a regular, you’ll get to try tons of amazing and different dishes. Not to mention, we can probably all add a few more veggies into our diet so Allyum is a must for us.

Puffy Jacket Pop-Up Dining Series

Here’s another pop-up because why not? They are limited time only after all. This one is taking place at 12 different spots throughout the PNW. So that means you enjoy a unique menu at each of Columbia Hospitality’s participating restaurants. Don’t miss out!

Where: 12 locations across the PNW

Umami Kushi

This spot looks like it’s been open since January but it’s new to us. And we have to say their menu looks absolutely amazing. You can find unique items like Okazu Pan, Beignets, Yakitori, and more! So treat yourself to something unique this week.

Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 10 am-1 pm

Dantini

Surprise! Another pop-up, maybe pop-ups will just be the future of dining concepts, who knows. Anyway, Dantini is a takeout-only artisanal pizza pop-up with locally sourced ingredients. So that means you have new pizzas to try every single week. If you’re ready to try a new pizza spot, consider giving them a go.

Hours: Thursday-Sunday 4 pm-8 pm

Cookies Country Chicken

Yep, pop-ups are where it’s at this month. Cookies Country Chicken focuses on you guessed it, chicken. So you can snag tenders, a sandwich, or a combo. And honestly, we like that the menu is short and sweet because it means fewer hard decisions for us. Keep in mind that hours depend on food availability.

Salty Blue

If you need some fish & chips in your life, Salty Blue is offering an Aussie take on the classic dish. Right now they’re open for take-out and delivery so treat yourself to some fish tacos, fish & chips, or even a burger. That sounds pretty tasty, doesn’t it?

Flavor Lao Bowl

While spring is on the horizon, it’s definitely still winter so we could use a bowl of nice warm soup. If you guys are feeling the same then you should check out this brand new hot pot spot. You can also enjoy different Laotian noodle dishes and amazing sides.

Martino’s

This one is unique because Martino’s is actually back after a 5-year hiatus. But that still counts as new as a lot has happened in 5 years. So if you’re in the mood for a delicious sandwich, then you need to check them out. Plus you can also grab some killer sides.
